Francesca developed a passion for health and fitness her junior year of high school. She started working as a Chiropractic Assistant at the age of 17. Working with people, watching them make progress and get stronger made her realize she wanted to work in the healthcare field. She attended Wayne State University where she focused her studies on nutrition as well as human and exercise physiology. She ultimately graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology. Due to her own chronic pain and postural issues she began taking Pilates classes at SCS Pilates in March of 2014. Pilates finally gave her the relief she was looking for and she knew she needed to become certified. She finds that the Pilates couples very well with her Chiropractic work.

She found that a consistent yoga practice was a perfect complement to the stresses of college, and very beneficial to her overall well-being. Growing up a dancer, she also loved that yoga put her back in touch with her body. After completing her 200-hour Teacher Training through Yoga Works, she realized she wanted to share the benefits of yoga with others.
