Please bring two bath towels and a nice, thick blanket (no comforters).
This is a wonderful way to calm the nervous system. Our nervous system is bombarded with stresses like e-mail, texts, the news, environmental toxins and deadlines. We must take the time to wipe the slate clean and give our nervous system a well-deserved vacation.
This is two hours of beneficial postures where you are completely supported and comfortable. A guided mediation will aid in quieting the brain. This special class will work out the cobwebs that collected in our bodies over the winter and recharge us so we can enter the summer season a little light and happier.

Mandy is a mom, wife, and nature lover. As a former science teacher, she really enjoys the research behind meditation, breath and our energy field. The study of yoga has only gave her a deeper appreciation of the connection with one another, our environment, and especially ourselves. Mandy is trained in Hatha Yoga (E-RYT), Sacred Geometry Energy (level II), and Lakshmi Chair Yoga. She specializes in helping clients manage Alzheimer’s, Dementia, PTSD, MS, Parkinson’s, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, ADHD, and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Mandy’s goal is provide a safe and loving environment and to share the technquies that have helped her along her journey. Mandy wishes to show everyone that they can flourish in their lives by finding balance, better energy and more joy.
