Cardio reformer is an interval class that combines cardio jumpboard/trampoline (increasing heart rate and core strength) with arms, abs, extension, and rotation exercises. It combines the reformer exercises we all love with the added benefit of cardio training.
Work out with up to four people on the cadillac, reformer, stability chair, and/or ladder barrel.
